I run Warpgate, where we build a company brain for established businesses in the Philippines. Staff send a photo or a message to a bot, agents turn it into structured records, and management can see how the company is running without chasing reports. No new software for anyone to learn.

Before this, I co-founded BuyBitcoin.ph in 2013, the first Bitcoin exchange in the Philippines, and ran Merge Commit, a small blockchain dev shop. I've been writing software since 2005, mostly on the systems side of things, occasionally crossing into design.

I prefer fewer projects and longer timelines. Most of what I work on takes years to come together, and I'm okay with that.
